The Gamemakers create the fire that nearly kills Katniss:

Rue and Katniss start working as a team:

Rue dies:

Katniss decides to pair up with Peeta:

Katniss finds Peeta badly injured and covered in mud:

She starts taking care of him and they kiss:

Katniss thinks their romance is all for the camera’s and publicity sake:

(Don’t get me wrong, I love Katniss)

Thresh kills Clove:

And Thresh spare’s Katniss life:

Cato dies:

I realize that Katniss and Peeta won:

Claudius announces that there may only be ONE winner:

Katniss and Peeta take the poison berries:

Claudius stops them and says that they may both be winners:

Peeta’s heartbroken because he thinks Katniss staged the whole romance thing (which she did at some points):

I realize I’ve just finished the first Hunger Games book:
